All staff members are registered with PSIRA. Operational governance and specific customer or SLA processes and procedures is maintained through ongoing inductions, interactive workshops and readiness assessments that are conducted by Management and supervisors for the entire operational staff. All such initiatives are coupled with individual relevant assessments.
